Highlights
SATURDAY - ATHENS to AEGINA (ATHENS CHECK-IN 2PM)
Leaving from Athens, our first stop is the beautiful Island of Aegina famous for it's Pistachio nuts where we will arrive early evening to dine al fresco at a rustic taverna with some delicious homemade cooking "Mamma-style" and live music. Next day, we take a short Moped / Quadbike trip up into the mountains via a panoramic climb to visit the Temple of Aphaia, set amongst pine trees, and with spectacular views over the Saronic Gulf.
SUNDAY - AEGINA to POROS
Poros is a picturesque island with it's pretty pastel houses set against the perfect clear blue skies and pine tree backdrops. Watersports are popular on the sandy beaches here and so is horseriding so join us on a ride through the forest down onto the beaches, into the water. Indulge in some local cuisine and wander through the quiet, narrow streets in the sunshine. Leave a piece of your heart for Love Bay which is one of the coolest beaches with crystal clear water and it's own little bar to chillout.
MONDAY - POROS to ERMIONI
Go for a refreshing and scenic walk amongst the fields of pomegranates, citrus fruits and olive groves scattered amongst old windmills or watch the world go by lounging at one of the harbourside cocktail bars. There are day excursions to marvel at the architecture of the Ancient Epidaurus or the Venetian castles. The quaint cobblestone streets have been inhabited since 3000 BC and relatively unspoiled today. Dine on the fresh seafood in one of the restaurants overlooking the panoramic Aegean Sea.
TUESDAY - ERMIONI to HYDRA
We arrive at the quintessential island and cafe culture of Hydra via a swimstop at Dhokos. There are no cars on this island and instead only donkey transport exists. Explore the unique jewellery boutiques early evening and relax with a cocktail at one of the rockface bars, dipping in for a swim from the steps into the Aegean. You can also catch a film at the open air cinema or else try a delightful coastal walk with breathtaking views. This evening we will dine at a special location feasting on local cuisine until the sun goes down. For indoors dancing after midnight go to Amalour.
WEDNESDAY - HYDRA to PERDIKA
Famous for it's small fishing village and markets, so you are guaranteed to wine and dine on a delicious fresh catch of the day or other traditional Greek cuisine. Tavernas line the harbour front providing a variety of refreshments and entertainment before and after dinner. Watch the sunset with your perfect choice of cocktail. Set sail the next day to a secluded anchorage hidden away near Agistri Island. Swim in the crystal clear waters towards the beach cafe onshore and let your cares drift away basking beneath the midday sun.
THURSDAY - PERDIKA to TOP SECRET
Today is a special day! We take you to our top secret location for a beach barbeque. Join your new friends as we chill with a few beers, chargrilled Souvlaki and salad as you soak up some rays and take a dip in the clear blue waters. There may be a few surprises today as we aim to keep you entertained. Don't forget the suncream and your beach goggles 🙂 as the fun continues into the evening beneath the sunset and starry skies. Sleep late next day to recharge your batteries as we set sail onto our final destination.
FRIDAY - TOP SECRET to ATHENS
Our final day is spent lazing on deck whilst enjoying the sun, sea and sails. We return to the marina late afternoon where you can then enjoy everything this historical city has to offer fully immersing yourself in the cocktail culture streamlining the coastline or join us for the last social supper at a trendy waterfront restaurant as we swap tales of our adventures and planning our trip to return next year ...
